What is MONOIC?
MONOIC is a premium streetwear brand founded in Colombia. We design and produce high-quality garments for people who reject the conventional path and choose to build something of their own. Each collection blends references from contemporary luxury with a global streetwear aesthetic — resulting in pieces that look, feel, and wear differently.
Where are MONOIC products made?
Every product is designed and manufactured in Colombia to the highest production standards. Made in Colombia isn't just a label detail — it's part of what makes MONOIC different.
Where can I buy MONOIC officially?
The only official sales channels are our website at int.monoicstudios.com and our network of authorized stockists. Any product sold outside these channels is not covered by our authenticity guarantee or brand warranty.
How do MONOIC drops work?
MONOIC releases products in limited collections called drops. Each drop has a set release date and time. Some drops offer early access to our newsletter subscribers and close friends before opening to the general public. Once a product sells out, it typically does not get restocked — every piece is produced in limited quantities by design. Will sold-out products be restocked?
Most of our products are produced in limited runs and are not restocked once they sell out. Occasionally we may restock specific colorways or bestsellers — when that happens, we announce it through our Instagram and newsletter first.
Products & Sizing
How does MONOIC clothing fit?
Most of our garments are designed with an oversized fit — relaxed, with a wide silhouette and easy drape. When the fit differs (boxy, regular, etc.), we specify it clearly in the product description. If you're unsure about a specific piece, reach out before you order.
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a size guide with the actual garment measurements in centimeters. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to the guide. If you're between two sizes and want a more structured look, go with the smaller size. If you prefer more room, size up.
What materials are MONOIC garments made from?
We use carefully selected materials for each product category. T-shirts are made from heavyweight cotton with 3D and no-feel screenprint techniques. Hoodies and crewnecks are constructed in premium French terry. Knitwear uses point-knit fabrics selected for texture and durability. The exact composition of each piece is listed in the product description.
How do I care for my MONOIC garments?
Always wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air dry — never use a dryer. Do not iron directly over prints. On the first wash, wash separately with a mild detergent and avoid letting the soap come into direct contact with the fabric, as the dyes may bleed. Full care instructions are also on the inner label of each garment.
Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Select the product you want, choose your size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon in the top right corner and select "Check out." Fill in your shipping details, choose your delivery option, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there either, email us at support@monoicstudios.com with your name and we'll look into it.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request a cancellation or correct your shipping details by emailing support@monoicstudios.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee cancellation. If you entered the wrong shipping address and your package has already been dispatched, any additional costs that arise will be your responsibility.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to any country in the world via DHL. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. During special drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping within North and South America. For other regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
No. Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. If you have questions about potential customs fees in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Do you accept returns or exchanges on international orders?
International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Colombia. If an exception is considered, all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes associated with sending the item back must be covered entirely by the customer. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
What if my international order arrives defective?
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@monoicstudios.com with photos of the defect and your order number. We'll review your case and work toward a resolution.
