How is the fit of MONOIC clothes?
Our clothes have a relaxed, "oversized" fit unless stated otherwise in the product description. We recommend checking the size guide before making a purchase.
How do I know my size?
Each product has a size guide with measurements in cm. Be sure to check it carefully before making your purchase.
Care Instructions
Check the care instructions on the garment's label. The label is located inside the garment. However, we recommend washing our products in cold water and letting them air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the prints.

How can I make a purchase?
Website: Select the product you want to buy, choose your size, and click the “Add to Cart” button. When you're ready, go to the shopping cart in the top right corner of your screen and click “Checkout” to be redirected to the checkout page. Fill in your details, choose your shipping preference, and proceed to the payment gateway. Once you complete the payment process, click “Return to Store” to receive more information about your order.

How do I know if my order was placed correctly?

Can I cancel or modify my purchase?
Canceling the order: If you want to cancel your order, email us at contacto@monoicstudios.com or text us at +57 321 274 6511 within the first 2 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to help you. Unfortunately, once shipped your order we are unable to cancel it.
Incorrect shipping details: If you entered the wrong shipping details, please email us as soon as possible at contacto@monoicstudios.com or text us at +57 321 274 6511, and we’ll correct the information immediately. Include your full name and order number to speed up the process. If the parcel has already been dispatched to the wrong address, you will need to pay any additional costs incurred

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
