Shipping
All orders ship from Bogotá, Colombia via DHL Express. Every package is insured and trackable.
Rates & delivery times
- United States — $15. Free over $200. 3–5 business days.
- Europe & UK — $25. Free over $200. 5–8 business days.
- Latin America — $25. 5–8 business days.
- Rest of world — $30. 8–12 business days.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times start from dispatch and are estimates: customs clearance can add time and is outside our control.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. Your country may charge them on delivery, and they're paid by you directly to the carrier or customs authority. Amounts vary by country and order value.
DHL will contact you if any payment is required before delivery.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If you refuse delivery, don't pay the required duties, or the package can't be delivered for reasons outside our control, it will be returned to us in Bogotá.
In that case, we'll refund your order minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any customs charges incurred. This can be a significant portion of your order.
Please make sure you're able to receive and clear your package before ordering.
Address accuracy
Enter your full address, including apartment or unit number, and a phone number DHL can reach. We're not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned because of an address error, reshipping is at your cost.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email support@monoicstudios.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
