Shipping, Deadlines, Place of Delivery, and Product Losses

Shipping:

MONOIC STUDIOS is committed to delivering your order in optimal condition to the address provided on our portal, www.monoicstudios.com, or through our Instagram account @monoic_studios. We are not responsible for errors in delivery details provided by customers.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at the final step of checkout based on the country and weight of the package.

• USA: $15 USD
• Rest of the World: $25 USD

We use FedEx or DHL for shipping, and delivery times vary based on the destination. Orders will be dispatched once payment is approved. You will receive tracking information via email.

Important: If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder.

Delivery Time:

MONOIC STUDIOS will dispatch orders through our logistics partners. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. You will also receive a copy of the shipping label when the product is handed over to the logistics partner.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Delays:

MONOIC STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by our logistics partners. If delivery fails due to an issue on the customer’s part, you must contact the logistics company to reschedule delivery.

In case of theft or loss of the package, the logistics partner is responsible for locating it or covering its insured value.

If the product has not been delivered within five (5) business days, contact customer service at contacto@monoicstudios.com. Failure to do so within five (5) business days after shipment may result in the customer covering return shipping expenses.

Delivery Diligence:

Upon delivery, check the condition of the order with the courier. Report any anomalies or damage within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt to MONOIC STUDIOS. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. MONOIC STUDIOS will only be responsible for warranty issues.

Incomplete Package:

If you receive an incomplete package, report it within seventy-two (72) hours to MONOIC STUDIOS via email at contacto@monoicstudios.com or through our official Instagram account @monoic_studios to initiate the formal process.

Duties and Taxes Policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

MONOIC does not include duties or taxes in the price of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery.

USA

For orders shipped to the USA, if the order value is below $800 USD, you will not incur taxes at the time of receipt. Orders over this amount may be subject to additional duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

REST OF THE WORLD

For all other international orders, duties and taxes are not included and will be the responsibility of the customer. Please be prepared to handle these charges upon delivery.
