Returns & Warranty
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund.
To start a return, email support@monoicstudios.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid DHL label within 2 business days.
Return shipping is $30 to the US and $40 to the rest of the world. This cost is deducted from your refund. All orders ship from and return to Bogotá, Colombia.
Exchanges
We don't offer international exchanges. Because every shipment crosses customs, an exchange would mean three international shipments and weeks of waiting.
If you need a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order. It's faster for you and clearer for both of us.

Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags and packaging attached.
- No odors or perfumes.
- Socks and underwear are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Discounted items are returnable for store credit only.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return in Bogotá, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.
Duties and taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by MONOIC. You may be able to claim them back from your local customs authority.
Warranty
All MONOIC garments carry a 90-day warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.
Email support@monoicstudios.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is valid, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, accidents (bleach, heat, sharp objects), misuse, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions.
Wrong or damaged item
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We cover all shipping costs and send the correct item.
Order cancellation
You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet. Email support@monoicstudios.com and we'll refund you in full.
