Return and Refund Policy
Return & Warranty Policy:
If you wish to return a product, please review the following terms:

Exchange or Warranty Requests:
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or warranty. Any issues with your order, delivery, or product must be reported within these 30 days of receiving the item. We may not be able to assist with any concerns raised after this period. -
Order Withdrawal and Returns:
You have up to 8 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return your order. -
Return Conditions:
Products must be in perfect condition, as received, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Items must be free of any odors or perfumes.
Products that appear used, washed, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return. -
Discounted Items:
Products purchased at a discount can only be exchanged for another product from our brand or for store credit. Refunds are not issued for discounted items. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Socks or other underwear apparel are not eligible for returns. -
Refunds and Store Credit:
Returns are based on the amount paid for the product.
We do not offer cash refunds. If a refund is required, it will be issued either as store credit (via gift card) or refunded to the original payment method. -
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all transportation and additional costs associated with the return, including international orders. For international returns, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to Colombia and any further shipping costs if the product needs to be sent back to the original country. This does not apply if MONOIC is at fault (e.g., sending the wrong item or size). -
