Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions belong to MONOIC LLC ("MONOIC"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. The website, along with its functionality and the intangibles that compose it, is referred to as the "Portal".

Please read these terms carefully. Acceptance is mandatory to use this Portal, and browsing or using it implies that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, please abstain from using this Portal.

MONOIC may modify these terms at any time. Modifications become effective 10 days after they are posted. Continued use of the Portal will be understood as acceptance of such modifications.

In addition to these Terms, you must have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. By purchasing from MONOIC, you accept that you are bound by both.

Definitions

Cookies: Text strings sent and stored through the use of the Portal, used to understand user activity and preferences.

Portal: The website that allows and facilitates offering our products.

Customer: Any natural or legal person who accesses, navigates, or performs any activity through the Portal.

Content

These Terms apply without restriction to all functionalities and services provided through this Portal.

MONOIC has the right to manage the Portal, develop new products or functionalities, and remove them, without the Customer being able to claim compensation.

All images and photographs used on the Portal belong to MONOIC or are used with the necessary authorizations.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include shipping costs or import duties and taxes. Shipping is added at checkout. Duties and taxes, when applicable, are paid by the Customer on delivery.

Product availability

Inventory on the Portal is updated daily. MONOIC will not intentionally sell more units than its production capacity allows.

If a requested item is unavailable, MONOIC will either coordinate its production or refund the amount paid.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Payment is considered complete once the system confirms it. If your bank declines the payment, the order is automatically rejected and MONOIC is released from any obligation.

MONOIC does not have access to your financial data. The corresponding financial institutions are responsible for processing it.

Shipping

All orders ship from Bogotá, Colombia via DHL Express. Shipping rates and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

MONOIC is not responsible for errors in the delivery details provided by the Customer, or for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

In case of theft or loss of the package, responsibility lies with the logistics partner, who must locate it or respond for its insured value.

Returns and warranty

Our full returns and warranty terms are detailed in our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Items purchased during promotional sales events may be subject to specific conditions, which will be stated at the time of the promotion.

Discounts

Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to one use per customer. The value and validity dates of each coupon will be explicitly stated.

MONOIC reserves the right to restrict the use of, or recover the amount of, promotions and discounts from customers who make improper, unlawful, or abusive use of them.

Intellectual property

MONOIC owns all intellectual property rights derived from the Portal, including its design, structure, text, logos, images, trademarks, and source code. Reproduction, exploitation, alteration, or distribution of this content for purposes other than using the Portal is prohibited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from purchases made on the Portal shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Duration and termination

These Terms have indefinite duration. MONOIC may suspend or terminate the relationship with any Customer at any time, without prior notice, if they violate applicable law or these Terms.
